Only on Monday through Friday, orders placed before 2pm will typically be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will typically be shipped the following business day. (Please note that weekends are not considered to be “working days”).
Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days, but it may take as long as 10. Please wait until the 10th working day before contacting us if, in the unlikely event, your order does not arrive within this time frame.
In the “Account Settings” section under “Delivery address book,” you can add or modify an address.
At UBMarket , we make every effort to expedite the delivery of your orders. As a result, as soon as the payment is approved and the order is confirmed, shipping begins right away. This indicates that we have a very narrow window of time to “catch” your order before it is picked, packed, and reserved for shipping.
Sadly, this means that once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. There might still be time to completely cancel your order so you can start over.
We accept American Express, Switch, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Visa Debit/Delta. Unfortunately, we do not currently accept Solo or Visa Electron cards.

Although every member of our warehouse team is extremely careful, mistakes do occur occasionally.
Please email us right away if your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete after it has been delivered. Include your order number and a picture (or pictures) of the item and its packaging.
If necessary, we can then quickly dispatch replacement items, or we can give you a refund.
Although it might take up to 14 working days, we’ll try to process your refund within three business days.
